Tenant/Member App White Labeling Process

Monk Tech Labs provides two tenant-facing applications, each designed for specific use cases. We've taken both utility and community aspects into account when creating these apps. App Builder not only offers insight into the capabilities of both apps but also allows you to white-label your preferred app to meet your unique requirements.

Understanding Your Tenant Apps:

• Community-First App: This app is tailored to provide access to community-centric features, coupled with utility-driven functions. It includes capabilities such as Marketplace, 1-1 chat, and user-based interest groups.

• Utility-First App: This app focuses on utility features, including ticketing, admin notices, and payments.

Setting Up Your Tenant App:

• Choose Your Tenant Experience App: Select the app that best suits your needs from the two options based on their functionalities. Once chosen, click on 'Build Your App.'

• Add Brand Logo: You can upload your brand logo, which will be used in the header of the white-labeled app and in other necessary locations.

• Define Brand Colors: Set your primary and secondary brand colors and proceed to the next step.

• Add App Logo: Upload an app logo that represents your mobile application on the device's home screen, in the app store, and other places.

• Customize the Splash Screen: Customize the splash screen, which appears when your app is launched, providing an introductory screen before the main user interface loads.

• Provide Company Information: Fill in the required company information, including the app name, country, support email ID, website link, privacy policy URL link, and terms & conditions URL link.

• Publishing Details: Add publishing details, such as Play Store and App Store registration, and review all the entered information on the last page.

• Save & Exit: Once you've completed all the steps, click on 'Save & Exit.' Your details will be shared with the MTL team for review and to initiate the white-labeling process.
