How to setup Mailchimp in your account?

This is a guide on how to setup the Mail configuration using our(MTL) Mailchimp account:

1. Head to Integrations (top right corner dropdown) > Mailchimp > View status > Edit > Proceed

2. Select 'Using THM's Mailchimp

3. My email ID > Add the Mail ID you wish to send it as > next

4. You will get a verification link on the above email address. Add it on the next page

5. There will be two records shown in the next step - DKIM ID and SPF ID, which needs to be added in your DNS host account. Alternatively you can share the login credentials of the DNS host account with us and we can do the process on your behalf.

6. Once these two records are added, the configuration will be complete and the sender ID will change.
