Modified on Thu, 22 Feb at 4:53 PM

Admin notices are a highly effective means of communication within our product. In this guide, we'll walk you through the straightforward process of creating admin notices, enabling you to easily communicate with your intended audience.

Creating an Admin Notice:

To create an admin notice, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Godview > Circles > Admin Notices > +Create.

  • Select the Property: Choose the property for which you are creating the admin notice. This ensures that the notice is directed to the appropriate audience.

  • Define the Visibility: In the visibility dropdown, select the relevant audience for your notice, whether it's tenants, owners, or a specific group.

  • Add Notice Details: Fill in the 'Title' and 'Description' sections to provide information about the notice's purpose and content.

  • Set Expiry Date: Specify the date until which the notice should remain visible.

  • Email Notification Option: You can choose to send the admin notice as an email to reach your audience more effectively. Additionally, you have the option to disable the receiver's ability to like or comment on the notice, depending on your communication preferences.

  • Attach Photos or Files: Add relevant photos or files in the 'Documents' section to provide additional context or information.

  • Engagement Metrics : Engagement metrics such as Likes, Views and Comments given by tenants will be visible on the same dashboard. If you click on the ‘Eye’ icon, you will be able to see the list of tenants who have viewed the admin notice.
