How To Create A Facility Booking

Efficiently enabling your tenants or members to book facilities is essential for the smooth operation of your business. We've designed a straightforward process to make this task a breeze. Here's how you can book facilities on behalf of your tenants:

Follow these simple steps to book facilities for your tenants:

• Accessing the Booking Page: Godview > Circles > Facility booking > Booking history > +Booking

• Unit and Tenant Selection: Select the specific unit for which you intend to book the facility. Choose the property associated with the facility. The tenant linked to the unit will be automatically populated.

• Facility Selection: Pick the facility you want to book from the dropdown menu.

• Booking Date and Slot: Select the desired booking date. All available slots will be listed. Choose the slot that suits your needs.

• Credit Balance (If Applicable): If the tenant has credits allocated in their contract, their available credit balance will be displayed beneath the booking date. These credits will be automatically deducted from the wallet based on the selected duration at the time of booking.

• Adding Participants (If Necessary): For bookings involving multiple members, scroll down to the 'Add Participants' section. Select the additional members or specify the number of visitors.

• Confirm and Book: After verifying all the details, click on 'Book.'

• Payment (For Paid Facilities): If the facility requires payment, a popup will appear with all the necessary payment details. If the member has credits, choose to deduct the amount from their credit wallet. Alternatively, you can select 'Book' to enable the 'Make Payment' option.

• Completing the Payment: Click on 'Make Payment' to be redirected to the payment gateway, where the transaction can be finalized.

• Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the transaction, the facility will be booked.
