Modified on Tue, 21 Nov, 2023 at 12:26 PM

Streamlining the process of tracking walk-in enquiries and booking applications has never been easier. The 'Bookings' module within My Data serves as our cutting-edge lead management system, empowering you to effortlessly monitor and manage all your booking interests.

To initiate the creation of a booking, simply follow these straightforward steps:

  •  Access the Booking Section: Navigate to the 'Core' tab, then proceed to 'My Data.' From there, click on 'Booking' and select the '+Booking' option.

  • Provide Prospect Details: Identify the specific unit that has piqued your prospect's interest. Proceed by inputting essential details such as the prospect's name, contact information, rent amount, deposit details, intended move-in date, and the source through which the booking was made.

  • Submit Your Booking: Once all pertinent information has been entered, the 'Submit' button will become active. Utilize this feature to securely save the walk-in booking details.

  • Tracking the Booking Status: For bookings where payment has yet to be finalized, they will be designated as 'In-progress.' On the other hand, bookings that have been successfully paid for and confirmed will be labeled as 'Completed.'

  • Managing Payment for 'In-progress' Bookings: Easily manage 'In-progress' bookings by accessing them. If your THM account is linked to a payment gateway, you can directly trigger a payment link to be sent to the prospect's email. This facilitates seamless payment processing.

By adhering to these uncomplicated steps, you can effectively create bookings while effortlessly monitoring your leads' progress.
